Our Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
When We Cannot Offer Refunds
In accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission guidelines, we are NOT required to provide refunds, credits, or exchanges under the following conditions:
- No proof of purchase is provided (original invoice required)
- The fault or damage to the goods was caused by you, the customer
- You knew about the defect before purchasing
- You have simply changed your mind or made an incorrect selection
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Important: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns. If you cancel an order, you will receive your refund minus the 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale or clearance items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Recommendation: If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5-10 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank - there is often processing time before a refund appears

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@knuckleheadscustoms.com.au and send your item to the address listed above.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift: You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift: The refund will be sent to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.
