Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (AEST). All Australian orders are dispatched from our warehouse each weekday morning, and you'll receive tracking information from Australia Post via email once your package is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

International Economy Airmail: While you'll receive a tracking number, this service doesn't offer full tracking capabilities. Delivery can take up to 6 weeks as your package travels via the most economical route to your destination.

International Pack & Track: This option provides a fully trackable and traceable service with complete visibility of your shipment's journey.

Delivery Timeframes

Expected delivery times are outlined below (add 1-2 days to these estimates):

Please note: Australian orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days from payment. International orders (including New Zealand) may take 1-3 weeks.

Delivery & Signature Requirements

By default, packages are left in a safe location at your delivery address without requiring a signature. If you need signature confirmation, please specify this in the order notes at checkout.

Important: If you don't request a signature, you authorize us and our courier partners to leave your package unattended at your front door, reception, or concierge desk. Once delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to you, and we are released from liability for unattended deliveries.

Please retain proof of delivery for your records in case any issues arise. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

Shipping Costs

All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

  • Australian shipping: Calculated based on parcel weight and destination
  • New Zealand shipping: Calculated based on parcel weight and destination
  • International shipping: Calculate your shipping cost at checkout (see international information below for potential additional costs)

International Orders

International shipments (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes determined by your country's regulations. These charges are typically applied when items exceed a certain value threshold set by your local customs authority.

We cannot prepay or control these fees, and we do not mark packages as "samples" or "gifts" to circumvent customs regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand potential charges before ordering.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. However, if Australia Post mishandles, loses, or incorrectly delivers your item, we will lodge a complaint and escalate the matter on your behalf.

If you receive a tampered package, please file a report with your local law enforcement. Knuckle Heads Customs is not liable for lost, mishandled, or stolen goods once they've been dispatched.
