All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Site will be corrected.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via credit card and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Please review our Shipping Policy for detailed information about delivery times, shipping costs, and our liability for lost or damaged goods.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (AEST). Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we have specific return and refund policies. Please contact us at orders@karuptcustomz.com before returning any items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Knuckle Heads Customs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service in question, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Knuckle Heads Customs regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Knuckle Heads Customs.
